This award celebrates an exceptional female entrepreneur who has driven innovation, growth, and positive change in the nutraceutical industry. The honoree will be a founder or C-level executive who has demonstrated outstanding business acumen, pioneering vision, and a commitment to advancing women’s leadership in the industry.

Selection Criteria:

  • Entrepreneurial Excellence: Founded, scaled, or transformed a nutraceutical business with measurable success.

  • Industry Impact: Contributed to the growth and credibility of the nutraceutical sector through thought leadership, advocacy, or mentorship.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ethical practices and a dedication to empowering women in the industry.

Open to female-identifying founders, CEOs, or executives leading a nutraceutical-related business (from startups to established companies). Self-nominations accepted. The nominee does not need to be a WIN member.
