The WIN 1:1 Executive Mentorship Program is a high-touch, six-month experience designed to support women in mid- and executive-level roles as they pursue meaningful career growth and greater leadership impact. Participants are paired for individualized mentorship focused on their goals, challenges, and aspirations — with an emphasis on practical growth, accountability, and putting new skills into action.
From January through June, mentees gain executive-level insights, expand their professional networks, strengthen communication and leadership skills, and build relationships that can continue well beyond the program. Mentors volunteer their time and expertise to help the next generation of nutraceutical leaders move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
