WIN Elevate is a structured, three-month group mentorship and leadership-development experience designed to help WIN members build the skills needed to move into management, leadership, and greater industry influence. Expert-led learning is paired with discipline-specific peer groups so participants can immediately apply leadership concepts to real challenges in the wellness and nutraceutical industry.
Registration for WIN Elevate is free for WIN members, $150 for non-members, open now through October 12, 2026.

KEY DATES
During the three-month program, participants should plan for:
(1) 90 minute expert led workshop webinar + 2 additional group meetings per month (approximately 3 hours per month) = 9 hours to a better YOU!
Together Software and Slack will be used for ongoing communication, reminders, and peer connection.
