WIN’s mission is to strengthen the industry by expanding gender diversity in leadership, accelerating the advancement of high-potential women, and creating equitable access to mentorship, sponsorship, and career-building opportunities. Through structured mentorship, education, and community, WIN supports women at every career stage while cultivating the next generation of industry leaders.
